Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards was fined $100,000 by the NBA on Sunday for using profanity during a postgame interview. The fine comes after Edwards' on-court interview following the Timberwolves' 113-112 victory at Houston on Friday. This is the third time Edwards has been fined this month. He was previously fined $25,000 on December 9th and $75,000 two weeks later for using profane language during postgame interviews.
Edwards also incurred a $35,000 fine in November for making an obscene gesture on the court. The 23-year-old Edwards is averaging 25.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, and four assists per game this season
