The National Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday said that it's looking at another " Alice Guo " fingerprint record from 2005. “Meron pang isang Alice Guo na kumuha ng clearance in 2005. Remember that yung niya na naka-file sa amin is 2006. Kumuha si Alice Guo 2021 ng clearance. Merong kumuha ng clearance 2005, Alice Guo din,” said NBI director Jaime Santiago in a press conference on Wednesday.
It was also earlier revealed that Guo and Chinese passport holder Guo Hua Ping have the same fingerprints.Senator Risa Hontiveros made the disclosure in a statement, saying the NBI findings confirmed suspicions that the suspended mayor was "a fake Filipino... masquerading as a Filipino citizen to facilitate crimes.
