The Premier has admitted Victoria’s myki system is overdue for a shake up, revealing what commuters could expect after the ticketing system’s contract expires in November.
The myki card system - which allows Victorians to “tap on” to trams, buses and trains with a plastic card - contract is set to expire in November.

Public Transport Users Association spokesman Daniel Bowen told The Age that a similar move in Victoria would be an important upgrade for users.
