He urged everyone to engage in meaningful acts of kindness, whether through small gestures or organized efforts to support those in need. The House chief ended his speech with a call for joy, generosity, and unity as the House continues its work to serve the Filipino people. "Even though storms and fires have hit us, we’ll make sure that everyone—especially the little ones—feels the warmth of the season," he added.
