Amazon Prime Video is lowering its monthly charge compared to other streaming services that raised subscription prices. It is now just PHP 149!Amazon Prime Video now only costs PHP 149/month. This is a PHP 100 price drop from PHP 249/month. To compare, Netflix is bringing a subscription tier with ads and a password-sharing charge. HBO Go raised its monthly cost to PHP 199/month from PHP 149. Even Disney+ increased its prices to USD 10.99/month from PHP 7.99 in the US.
This move is great for Amazon Prime Video to attract new subscribers. The streaming service is home to originals such as The Boys, The Terminal List, and The Will of Time. It is also home to popular series such as Chicago Med, Chicago PD, Chicago Fire, The Good Doctor, and House MD. Crime documentaries such as Forensic Files and Unsolved Mysteries are here too. There are Korean Dramas too such as Anna, Hotel Del Luna, and Reply 1997.
