However, PAGASA said the weather disturbance may still bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, Tarlac, Bulacan, Pampanga, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, and Zambales.
“Under these conditions, flooding and rain-induced landslides are possible, especially in areas that are highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards,” it warned.As of 10 a.m., PAGASA said the LPA was over the coastal waters of Polillo Islands, Quezon province, moving west-northwest toward Polillo Islands and northern mainland Quezon.
