Inaresto ang isang lalaki dahil sa kasong panggagahasa umano sa sarili niyang anak na elementary student sa Caloocan City.
Sa ulat ni Emil Sumangil sa GMA News 24 Oras nitong Biyernes, sinabing isang babaeng police asset ang naging chatmate ng suspek, na nag-imbitang magkita sila sa isang lugar sa Dagat-dagatan para ito lumutang.
Makaraan ang ilang saglit, lumapit na ang suspek sa police asset, na hudyat ng mga tauhan ng CIDG - Northern NCR Field Unit para dakpin siya sa bisa ng arrest warrant.Ayon kay Police Lieutenant Colonel Benedict Poblete, hepe ng CIDG - Northern NCR Field Unit, may tatlong warrant of arrest ang suspek, isa para sa rape, isa para sa attempted rape at isa para sa lasivious conduct.Ayon sa pulisya, naganap ang panghahalay umano noong maghiwalay ang suspek at asawa nito.
