‘Four-peat’ champion Perpetual Help made a courtesy call on University of Perpetual Help System Dalta Founder and Chair Dr./BGEN Antonio Tamayo on Tuesday to present the crown it won in the recent NCAA Season 99 men’s indoor volleyball tournament against the Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals.
“You have achieved history in the NCAA and in our school to record 14 titles in men’s volleyball under the leadership of Coach Sammy. We are all honored for this as a true-blooded Perpetualite,” said the elder Tamayo. “It’s an honor to be able to play and bring honor to the entire Perpetualites, so this is all for you,” Ramirez said.Ramirez said he is transferring the leadership mantle to Season 99 Finals MVP Jefferson Marapoc in preparation for the league’s centennial celebration next year.
