The Saint Teresa of Calcutta Awards seeks to acknowledge and honor those unsung heroes who have dedicated their lives to serving others, demonstrating unwavering commitment to uplifting the marginalized and destitute. The awards encompass a wide range of categories, encompassing areas such as healthcare, education, poverty alleviation, environmental conservation, and advocacy for human rights, among others.
Nominations for the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Awards 2023 are now open to the public and can be submitted through the official awards website . Any individual, regardless of race or religion, who has dedicated himself or herself fully and selflessly to humanitarian work for the underprivilege Filipinos in the Philippines for at least 25 years are qualified for the STCA Award.
The Saint Teresa of Calcutta Awards 2023 are organized by JCI Manila, a leading organization of young active citizens committed to creating positive change in their communities, in partnership with the AY Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, healthcare, and socio-economic development.
