After Alex noticed a delayed menstrual cycle, she took a pregnancy test which returned positive. They underwent regular checkups with an OB/GYN, but during their third visit, the news turned devastating. An ultrasound revealed a blighted ovum, meaning there was no fetal development. Despite the pain, Mikee shared that they felt stronger this time compared to their previous miscarriages. They sought a second opinion from a different OB/GYN, which initially brought a glimmer of hope. An ultrasound showed a baby with a heartbeat, a moment that filled Mikee with emotion. However, the heartbeat was significantly lower than the average range, raising serious concerns.Determined to save their baby, they rushed to the hospital, hoping for a miracle. Unfortunately, after several days of agonizing uncertainty, they received the final confirmation on December 28th that their baby had no heartbeat. This heartbreaking experience marked the couple's third miscarriage, following previous losses in 2021 and 2023. Despite the immense pain, Mikee expressed that these trials have ultimately deepened their bond as a couple, reaffirming their unwavering love and support for each other
