The Albay Provincial Health Office is on white alert as Tropical Depression Kristine brings rains over parts of the country.“Under Memorandum No. 25-2024, all Municipal/District Hospitals, Rural and City Health Units, and Offices, as well as Albay Provincial Health and Emergency Management Staff personnel, are directed to remain vigilant and submit flash reports,” the memorandum dated Monday read.
