AirAsia Philippines reported a 97% increase in seats sold for travel in April, with Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Kalibo and Puerto Princesa as the most booked destinations, Spokesperson and Head of Communications and Public Affairs Steve Dailisan said.

AirAsia Philippines reported a 97 percent increase in seats sold for travel in April, with Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Kalibo and Puerto Princesa as the most booked destinations, Spokesperson and Head of Communications and Public Affairs Steve Dailisan said on Friday, March 18.

Most recent data from the Department of Tourism revealed that the country already received 96,096 tourists from Feb. 10 to March 15, prior to opening up. Beginning April 1, it is increasing its flights to Caticlan to 35x, Kalibo to 18x, Iloilo to 18x, Tacloban to 28x, Panglao to 18x, Puerto Princesa to 10x, Bacolod to 18x, Davao to 14x and Cebu to 26x.

All AirAsia Philippines destinations are now accepting fully vaccinated foreign visitors with only their vaccination cards as entry requirements.
