Leopoldo Dominico Petilla, for their support to the pilot batch of the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Program.Petilla said each returnee would receive livelihood assistance based on his or her skills and needs. All returnees underwent swab testing. While waiting for the results, they were taken to quarantine facilities.

“Simula pa lang ito at marami pang dapat trabahuin para maging mas matagumpay ang BP2 program ,” he said.
