ABOITIZ Land Inc., the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, has announced the appointment of Rafael Fernandez de Mesa as the company's new chief executive officer (CEO), effective Jan. 1, 2025.
ABOITIZ Land Inc., the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, has announced the appointment of Rafael Fernandez de Mesa as the company's new chief executive officer , effective Jan. 1, 2025.He will succeed current president and CEO David Rafael , who will retire at the end of the year after leading Aboitiz Land for 5 years. Fernandez de Mesa 's appointment marks the return of Aboitiz Land 's leadership to the Aboitiz family.
These thriving hubs — located in Batangas, Cebu and Tarlac — now span nearly 2,000 hectares, host over 250 global industry leaders, employ more than 100,000 Filipinos and have attracted over 155 billion pesos in investments. Fernandez de Mesa spent 10 of his 15 years with the Aboitiz Group at Aboitiz Land, where he most recently served as first vice president of Operations from 2016 to 2020.
