Outgoing Makati City Mayor and senatorial aspirant Abigail "Abby" Binay on Friday confirmed that her husband, Makati City Rep. Luis Campos , will file his certificate of candidacy to succeed her as the city's local chief executive."Yes po, tomorrow," Mayor Abby said when asked if Campos will file his COC for Makati City mayor.
So, we will let the people decide."Mayor Abby also refuted the claims from Senator Nancy's camp that the latter's mayoral bid was the decision of their father, former Vice President Jejomar Binay."Kami ay nagdesisyon na, matagal na and 'yung sinasabi nila na 'yun daw ang gusto ng ama namin ay wala namn hong sinasabi 'yung aking ama sa akin. So I guess I have to hear it from the horse's mouth to believe kung ganon nga ang ganyang sinasabi," she said.
