A BROWN Company Inc. on Tuesday said that it would be signing a joint venture agreement with the Misamis Oriental provincial government to develop part of the latter's capitol compound.In a disclosure, A Brown said that its board had authorized company President and CEO Robertino Pizarro to enter into a joint venture covering 'the Misamis Oriental Capitol Compound Development project.
'The agreement involves the development of a portion of the compound into a mixed-use complex, including the necessary public infrastructure, construction of a high-rise multi-purpose building, commercial and office buildings, a dormitory, and a public park.The company will allocate P2.5 billion for the project, which will be developed in four parts and under two phases.
