In the data provided by Commissioner George Erwin Garcia, a total of 65,857 clustered precincts or 62 percent have completed the FTS out of the total 106,000 plus number of clustered precincts. As of May 6, second to the last day of conducting the FTS, the poll body found only 512 or less than one percent VCMs that need to be replaced. According to the data, 116 of these were already replaced.“I can assure the public na hindi po tayo magkakaroon ng problema sa ating VCMs. Although we only have 1,100 contingency machines but with the rate na nangyayari dito is only 355 or .6 percent, kakayanin nung ating contingency machines ,” he said.
