Agriculture Minister Murray Watt says the recent comments from Peter Dutton are merely a 'scare campaign' to distract from the true nature of the Voice debate. 'As far as I can see, all the Australian Electoral Commission is doing here is applying the same rules they have always applied to referendums,' Mr Watt told Sky News Australia. 'Which is that they would count a tick as a valid vote but not a cross.'
