Watch more in iWant or TFC.tv Sa initial na report, tumagas ang umaabot sa 48,000 litro sa tinatayang 200,000 litro ng bunker fuel na laman ng power barge.Dahil dito, napilitan ang mga residente na nakatira malapit sa spill na lisanin muna ang kani-kanilang mga bahay. Nababahala ang mga ito na maaaring sumama ang kanilang pakiramdam dahil sa amoy dulot ng langis. Ilan pa raw sa kanila ay may hika.Nagsagawa na rin ng inspeksyon sa Zone 3, Barrio Obrero matapos makita ang mga oil sheen.Sa kabila nito, may ilang residente na mas piniling manatili sa lugar.
