Nangulo sa operasyon mao si Police Major Jonathan Taneo, hepe sa Mambaling Police Station, pinasikad sa search warrant nga giisyo ni Executive Judge Anaceto Debalucos sa Branch 17 sa Regional Trial Court , dakbayan sa Sugbo.Nakuha gikan sa suspek ang usa ka .38 caliber revoler ug duha ka mga bala. Ang suspek niangkong iyaha ang armas.Sa nakuhang impormasyon sa kapulisan, si Pagusara maoy tighipos sa mga armas nga gamiton sa mga hitman.Apan ang maong alegas­yon gihimakak ni Pagusara.
