The Philippine National Police recorded at least 56 incidents during the Holy Week break, PNP spokesperson Col. Jean Fajardo reported yesterday.

“As of 6 a.m., we recorded 56 incidents, 34 of them were drowning incidents and 10 were vehicular accidents,” the police spokesperson reported.These incidents, she said, primarily occurred at beaches, resorts and rivers, with two near-drowning incidents reported.
