MANILA, Philippines — Police arrested five individuals for illegal drugs and gambling in Makati City on Wednesday.he Southern Police District said it received a tip from an unidentified citizen about a group of individuals involved in illegal gambling activities.t Laperal Compound, Bernardino Street, Barangay Guadalupe Viejo, early Wednesday morning.
The SPD identified the arrested suspects as Ronnie Saing, 33; Jayson Aggabao, 18; Edgardo Alcaraz, 27; Ronaldo Permejo, 53 and and Sheryl Jamirez, 34.
