Two high-value individuals (HVIs) and three others were arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and District Intelligence Division (DID) in Parañaque City on Saturday, Jan. 28.

He said the suspects were arrested around 6:00 p.m. at a room of Laguna Bay Inn on East Service Road in Barangay San Martin de Porres. Kraft said confiscated from the suspects were 27 grams of shabu placed in seven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets worth P183,600.
