Col. Froilan Uy, Pasay City police chief, identified the arrested escapees as Joey Hernandez, 29, and Eden Garcia,18, both facing illegal possession of drugs charges; Joshua Panganiban, 25, and Tirzo Galitb, 31, both facingUy said Hernandez and Garcia were arrested at around 11:30 p.m. on V. Noble St. in Barangay 59, Pasay City, by members of the Pasay Police Warrant and Subpoena Section .
The city police chief said Galit, the fourth escapee, was collared at around 2:45 p.m. at Veterans Site, Taguig City by members of the Intelligence Unit and the Tactical Motorcycle Riding Unit.
