Four Filipino high school students have brought home honors for the Philippines in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair 2024, reputed as the world's largest pre-college competition for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math education.The Department of Education on Wednesday announced their victories, congratulating them for bagging the international awards in the field of science and technology.

They won the Regeneron ISEF's fourth grand award for Cellular and Molecular Biology Category.Meanwhile, Arnon Yzabel Guinto of the Tarlac National High School won the National Geographic Society's Excellence in Geography and Geospatial Science Award."Patuloy nating pasiklabin ang ating pagmamahal sa pagtuklas at paglikha para sa mas magandang kinabukasan," the agency said.The competition was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California from May 11 to 17, 2024.
