CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — A 4.2-magnitude earthquake shook Itbayat island-town in Batanes at about 12:09 a.m. on Sunday, October 31, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
The nine-kilometer-deep quake, which was tectonic in origin, was recorded 77 km southwest of Itbayat town.No one was reported injured or damaged in the quake.
