MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court of the Philippines on Friday announced that there were nearly 4,000 new lawyers, after passing the September 2024 Bar Examinations.
High Court Justice and 2024 Bar Exam Chairman Mario Lopez said that out of 10,502 takers of the bar exams, there are 3,962 new lawyers , all of whom made the passing grade threshold of 74 percent.Lopez said he and the justices of the High Court agreed to adapt the grade of 74 as the passing grade for these board exams.
