EXCITEMENT is mounting for the 37th annual Aliw Awards, which will be presented by the Aliw Awards Foundation Inc. (AAFI) at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024.
EXCITEMENT is mounting for the 37th annual Aliw Awards , which will be presented by the Aliw Awards Foundation Inc. at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024.The event will be directed by multi-awarded Frannie Zamora, a product of the first Aliw workshop in 1978 and last year's Best Director for the musical 'Ibarra.' Up for grabs are some 50 categories, covering the entire live entertainment industry.
Benefactors of this year's event are led by the first lady Liza Araneta Marcos, followed by Mayor Joy Belmonte of Quezon City, Philippine Charity and Sweepstakes Office, Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. and San Miguel Corp.Other sponsors are Greenfield Development Corp., Green Pin, Placenta Whitening Soap, EF Cafe & Restaurant, Barley, Calcium Cee, McDonald's, Kink Cakes and Victoria School Foundation.
