Two town mayors, three city and municipal vice mayors, and 32 other local officials on Monday joined Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats .
He welcomed the recruits, expressing gratitude that the local officials chose to join the largest political group supporting President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. “With unity of purpose, we, together, can fulfill our dream of a better life for our constituents and our people in general,” he added.Among the new members are Angat Mayor Reynante Bautista, Santa Maria Mayor Bartolome Ramos, Angat Vice Mayor Arvin Agustin, Santa Maria Vice Mayor Pablo Juan, and Malaybalay City Vice Mayor Estelito Marabe.
Meanwhile, 10 incumbent Bulacan councilors and two former councilors also affiliated themselves with Lakas-CMD.
