A score of 20+ is “excellent”, +10 to +19 is “very high”, +1 to +9 is “high, – 9 to 0 is “fair”, –19 to –10 is “mediocre”, –29 to –20 is “low”, –39 to –30 is “very low”, –49 to –40 is “extremely low” and –50 and below is “catastrophic”, said the SWS.
“The [eight] point rise in the national net gainer score between October 2022 and December 2022 was due to increases in all areas, especially in Mindanao,” said the SWS in its report.
