Police and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) have seized more than P1 million worth of “shabu” and a grenade in a buy bust operation in Las Piñas City. | KHallareINQ

In a joint operation, PDEA and officers of the Manila Police District arrested suspects Charmaine Ramos, 31, Cris Perez, 29, and Ronaldo Ramos, 58, during the operation in Barangay Manuyo Dos on Friday afternoon.Seized during the operation were sachets of “shabu” with an estimated value of P1.04 million, a hand grenade, four pieces of live shotgun cartridges, a blue pouch, a battery-operated weighing scale and one P500 buy bust money.

Charges for violation of of Sections 5,11, 26 of Article II of Republic Act 9165, RA 10591 or Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions , RA 9516 or Illegal Possession of Explosive Device) and PD 1829 or Obstruction of Justice will be filed against the suspects.
