Patay ang 3 mag-anak matapos mahulog ang sinasakyang trak sa isang bangin sa San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Biyernes.

Naihabol naman sa ospital ang ibang 20 pasahero na nagtamo ng mga sugat sa ilang bahagi ng katawan dulot ng aksidente.
