ILOILO CITY – The Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) arrested 29 individuals in a 24-hour intensive crackdown on illegal drugs conducted on May 9 and May 10.
ILOILO CITY – The Police Region al Office 6 arrested 29 individuals in a 24-hour intensive crackdown on illegal drugs conducted on May 9 and May 10.Among the apprehended suspects were seven high-value targets, while the remaining 22 were categorized as street-level peddlers.The crackdown also resulted in a confiscation of approximately 753 grams of shabu with an estimated value of P5.1 million.
The Iloilo Police Provincial Office held five operations and seized 239 grams of the illicit substance.Meanwhile, the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 6 conducted 3 operations, leading to the seizure of approximately 430 grams of shabu.The Bacolod City Police Office carried out an operation which resulted in the seizure of 32 grams of shabu, while Iloilo City Police Office executed 2 operations and seized 17 grams of shabu.
