TWO weather systems – the inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies – will bring rain and thunderstorms in some parts of the country particularly in Mindanao and Visayas, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday. READ HERE:
Although it is expected to be generally fair weather across the country, the ITCZ and easterlies will bring overcast skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Regions, weather specialist Grace Castaneda said.In its 5 a.m.
forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said it has not monitored any weather disturbance inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the coming days.Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to ITCZ and localized thunderstorms over the next 24 hours, according to the Pagasa forecaster.
