The witnesses told police that during their drinking session, the two suspects were already planning to kill the victim because the latter defrauded them in their alleged illegal drug transactions.
Two suspects in the shooting to death of a construction worker were arrested by operatives of Novaliches Police Station on Thursday, Dec. 2.
According to police report, the victim, Ignacio Herbolario, 58, was standing in front of his house on Dec. 1 when the two suspects on board a Kawasaki motorcycle shot him dead.
