LEGAZPI CITY — Two members of the New People’s Army surrendered to the Philippine Army in Sorsogon on Friday, the military said in a statement on Saturday.
Major John Paul Belleza, the Army’s 9th Infantry Division public affairs office chief, said the rebels, identified only as “Abel” and “Randy,” also surrendered an AR15 rifle at the 9th Civil Military Operations Battalion of the 903rd Infantry Brigade.
