The number of active COVID-19 cases in Olongapo City has dropped to 123 as of Thursday, Feb. 10, as more patients recover from the viral disease.

OLONGAPO CITY — Two more patients here died of COVID-19 complications, raising to 341 the city’s total death toll related to the viral disease, local data showed on Thursday, Feb. 10.ADVERTISEMENT The 51-year-old patient succumbed to cardiac arrest secondary to diabetes mellitus while the 52-year-old woman suffered from acute coronary syndrome, subarachnoid hemorrhage and pneumonia.

Despite this, the number of new COVID-19 cases in the city further dropped to 123 after logging 65 new recoveries and six new cases on Thursday.
