The seaboards of Batanes, Cagayan including the Babuyan Islands, the northern coast of Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Aurora, and northern Quezon will have a rough to very rough sea condition with waves between 2.8 to 5 meters tall.

Also, the western coast of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, and Zambales, and the western coast of Palawan Including Calamian, Camarines Norte, the northern coast of Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar will also have a rough to very rough sea condition with waves reaching 2.8 to 4.5 meters tall.
