Daisy Jane Omega and Brylle Samgel Arombo are both athletes and persons with disabilities .They are also going to Paris in July as Filipino volunteers to the 2024 Olympic Games.Both wearing prosthetic right knees, Omega and Arombo will be assigned as committee assistants and sports facilitators in different sporting associations. 'Omega is a dragonboat and golf para-athlete while Arombo is a national para-athlete and a member of the Philippine Para Dragon Boat team.After the Olympics, the 30-year-old Omega said she will rejoin her team which will represent the Philippines in a tournament in Italy this September. She said she will also find a new employment after giving up her data analyst job to be a volunteer at the Paris Games.'I will continue my sports in dragon boat because we have a lot of events.
