SAN NARCISO, Quezon – Two farmers were wounded in a shooting incident in Sitio Kansamyo, Barangay San Vicente, here, on Wednesday night, September 20.

Police identified the victims as Lonelyboy Nasayao, 45, and Floriecelle Abella, 40, residents of Sitio Kansamyo.

Initial investigation said the suspect, Alvin Matas, 38, also a farmer and resident of Sitio Bawgon, Barangay San Vicente, fired at Nasayao and was hit in the left jaw and left wrist. Abella was wounded by a stray bullet in the abdomen.Matas escaped and is now the subject of a police manhunt. Suspect faces double frustrated murder charges.
