Senator Raffy Tulfo said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. had an excellent first year by working for the good of the country without pinning the country’s problems on the past administration. | GabrielLaluINQ

“Well of course PBBM would mention his accomplishments and with what I saw, he has done many things. For me if you’ll ask me how would I rate him […] I think he did an excellent job, he’s doing an excellent job if we consider that he shouldered several problems from the previous administration,” Tulfo told reporters in a briefing at the Senate.

“But despite that, unlike his predecessor, na sinisisi ‘yong pinagmanahan niyang problema, ‘yan ang gusto ko kay BBM hindi siya naninisi, hindi niya sinasabi na ‘kaya naghihirap tayo ngayon, kaya nagkaroon ng problema ngayon dahil sa previous administration, previous president’. He’s not like that, he continues doing what he thinks is good, is best,” he added.
