One Italian groom tied the knot with his Filipina girlfriend. The ages of the couples ranged from 21 to 39 years old. According to the Local Civil Registry of Muntinlupa, the requirements for marriage license are: personal appearance of both applicants, photocopy of valid IDs, 2 X 2 ID picture, Philippine Statistics Authority birth certificate or baptismal certificate, PSA certificate of no marriage record and pre-marriage orientation compliance certificate.
