15 new COVID19 cases, 35 new recoveries recorded among health workers in PH
MANILA — The Department of Health on Thursday reported a continued decline in new COVID-19 cases among health workers in the Philippines, with only 15 additional infections recorded, raising the total tally to 2,452.
Vergeire said 35 more health workers recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,228.“Nananatiling nasa 31 po ang bilang ng mga deaths ng health care workers magmula pa ng May 10,” Vergeire said. Of the 1,193 active cases, 918 have mild symptoms and 2 are considered severe cases. A total of 273 are asymptomatic.
