MEMBAKUT: Empat kampung di sini yang terjejas akibat kemarau menerima agihan bekalan air yang dilaksanakan sejak beberapa minggu lalu.
Adun Membakut, Datuk Dr Ariffin Arif berkata, agihan bekalan air ke Kampung Tiong Baru, Kampung Poring, Kampung Kiulu Baru dan Kampung Tamalang itu dilakukan dengan lori tangki air.Katanya, semua kampung terbabit terjejas selepas bekalan air graviti mereka kering susulan kemarau panjang akibat fenomena El Nino, yang melanda sebahagian besar dunia ketika ini.
