LUCENA CITY – A fire burned 11 houses in a residential area in Noveleta, Cavite on Monday, April 10.
The Regional Police 4A said in a report Tuesday that the blaze started in one of the houses in Barangay San Rafael III and quickly spread to adjacent houses made from light materials.Firemen from six other towns assisted by volunteer firefighters helped put off the fire one hour later.
