Canada-wide warrants have been issued for two suspects in connection to a series of York Region heists at Buddhist temples.Cops say the break, enter and thefts occurred at temples in Markham and the Township of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

“Through the ongoing investigation, and thanks to the support from the media and the public, police have been able to identify two suspects,” York police said in a release.“They are encouraged to seek legal counsel and turn themselves in. Investigators are reminding the public that anyone who is, or has, assisted the suspects, may be subject to criminal charges,” police said.

Suspect No. 2 is 30 to 40 years old, approximately 6-feet and 200 pounds with a medium build and short black hair.
