Communications and digital minister Fahmi Fadzil said it is Sanusi Nor’s own fault that he was charged with sedition.

Fahmi said it was the caretaker Kedah menteri besar’s own fault that he is facing charges of making seditious statements against royalty. Both charges were framed under Section 4 of the Sedition Act 1948, which provides for a fine of up to RM5,000 or imprisonment for up to three years, or both, upon conviction.
