CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — About 300 to 400 people came out to protest and counter-protest in a loud and at times violent rally in Charlottetown on Sept.

About an even number of counter-protesters, many dressed in bright colours and carrying rainbow umbrellas, came out to meet what they call a hateful movement.
