“We’re going to do this the way we have to do it: boots on the ground, every day, every week for the next four weeks. That’s the fastest way to get us all better contracts, is to get rid of this government and get a government by workers and for workers to make sure we make this province better,” McGarrigle said to cheers from the crowd.McGowan said the rally should send a strong message to employers in Alberta’s public and private sectors.
