The daycare in question has been asked to close temporarily.

The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry said it’ll divert the child abuse case in a daycare to the police to conduct investigations.

On Saturday, KPWKM reportedly issued a reminder notice and instructed the daycare to temporarily close. We have prepared a guideline for staff and strengthened the terms they should follow. From time to time, we will see what else is needed to improve daycare conditions. Her daughter, Maryam, was left in an isolation room with a few other children and these children were sometimes left without adult supervision.
